Domaine William Fevre Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2023 SO20231109 Les Enseigneres is a village-levelLes Preuses sits at the warmer, sunnier end of the Grand Cru hill, and the wines that come off it tend to be the most aromatic and openly expressive of the seven. Fevre's 2023 plays exactly to that strength: a lifted nose of white flowers, citrus, acacia blossom, iodine and shellfish, then a creamy, sappy mid palate with real density underneath. Less coiled than Les Clos, more immediately seductive, but with the structure to age for a decade plus.
