This is an utterly unique orange wine from traditional and hybrid grapes co-fermented for 20 months on the skins with Viognier and Dolgo crabapples

Decant for 15-20 to blow off some of the funk

This years is a delicious co-ferment of Merlot and Sangiovese

OLight and fresh Grenache with carbonic giving it lots of juicy qualities but also has a backbone of minerality that makes it more complex than you'd initially expect
