This early plastic plaque was more than likely made by a foundry in Couvin, Belgium, who was known to have created brass plaques to commemorate the siege of Bastogne during the famous Battle of the Bulge. The same molds could also be used for plastic, and brass was most likely hard to come by initially. It is in very good condition with only minor scratches on it. It
