He travels to find casks to perfect his blend in addition to his Chichibu single malt. This is World class whisky. Non Chill filtered. Non Coloured. On the nose; apricot, popcorn toffee, vanilla cream, meyer lemon zest. The palate has toffee roasted chestnut, gingerbread, and vanilla flavors that finish with honey and black pepper. Outstanding.
